Uploading/Downloading Documents & Videos to ProDocs

Locate the Associated Documents bar from the Case view:



Select upload:



From this window you can set: document category, set document flags, drag and drop, or click Upload to bring up a file explorer selection. Note: depending on the document size, it may take longer for some larger documents to upload and you will get a progress bar for each.

Once the upload is complete, the documents will display in the associated documents section. These can now be downloaded by selecting a document and clicking the download button from the doc viewer window:



For downloading multiple documents, use the check boxes to select the desired documents then click download from the associated documents bar. This will provide a compressed zip download containing the selected documents.
