User Doesn't Have Access To the Correct Modules
To verify a user's module access:
1. Go to Personnel Module.
2. Personnel drop down menu > All Personnel.
3. Select the user.
4. Go to the user's Assignments.
5. Click the active assignment.
6. Click the Permissions tab.
7. Check the boxes for the modules the user should have access to, Save.
8. Have the user sign in or refresh their Agisent Dashboard to view the updated module configuration.
Some modules will have sub-permissions also that may be needed. If there are no modules available to choose from or there are some missing please send an email to
